AI search visibility

When a customer asks ChatGPT who to call, you want to be the name it gives. This is the work that gets you there.

What's included

  • Making sure your name, address and details match everywhere online, so AI tools know exactly who you are.
  • Getting you mentioned on other sites, because that's what these tools learn from.
  • Structured data written so machines can read your details exactly.
  • Pages written so a specific claim can be quoted cleanly.
  • Regular checks on what AI tools say about you, using the same set of questions every time.

What's not

  • Paid placement inside an AI tool. It doesn't exist, so we won't sell it to you.
  • A guarantee you'll get named. Nobody controls what these tools say.
  • Review stars in your listings before you have real reviews.

What we need from you

  • Admin access to your online profiles, or permission to set them up.
  • One agreed description of your business that we can use word for word everywhere.
  • Your legal business details. Being verifiable is what these tools check.

The first few months

  1. 1Weeks 1 to 2

We run the question set twice for a baseline, check your details across every profile, and fix what doesn't match.

  2. 2Weeks 3 to 6

Structured data and your standard description rolled out everywhere, and work on outside mentions begins.

  3. 3Weeks 7 to 12

Weekly checks on the two biggest AI tools and every other week on the rest. Cited and recommended get reported separately.

Questions people ask first

What is the difference between ranking and being cited?

Ranking is about your page. Being cited is about whether the AI has a clear, consistent picture of who you are, and it builds that picture from mentions, directories, reviews and other sites. So the work is getting your details to match everywhere, making the facts easy for machines to read, and writing pages that can be quoted. Some of that overlaps with good SEO. The rest happens off your site, and most SEO retainers never touch it.

Is being cited the same as being recommended?

No. And only one of them pays. Being cited means the AI used your page to explain something. Being recommended means it told the customer to go to you. A business can get quoted on every how-to question in its field and still lose every buying question to a competitor who published a price and a license number. Most reports count both as a win. We report them separately, because if you're the source and someone else is the answer, you're just educating their customers.

How do you measure any of this?

We write fifteen to twenty questions your customers would really ask, before we start, and we never change them. That's the whole point: you can compare month to month. Each answer gets checked for four things. Were you cited? Were you recommended? How were you described? And who got recommended instead?

Can you guarantee we get cited?

No. Nobody controls what an AI says, and anyone who promises otherwise is lying or planning to fudge the targets. What we control is whether the facts about you are consistent, sourced and easy to read. That's what the AI works from.

Does this replace regular SEO?

No. Some of the work overlaps with good SEO. The rest is off-site work a normal retainer never gets to, which is why we run it as its own service.
